Thank You
@Moira Goggin for including this questions.
I know
@Jim Woodhead would like to know:
"Does anyone have experience what happens after SAGE100C subscription expires? What works? Is it similar to payroll where just reports work. I understand you can go to an older non C version prior to the call home but wondering if anyone has gone though it" ."What does read only mean? Any access to master files inquiry?. Reports? Crystal reports?"
@Pam Scott said "I have a similar situation and the client indicated they go back to history often and cannot lose it. Needs to keep at least back to 2017. I have never gotten a definitive answer from Sage. The subscription folks tell them they need to keep the module but I always assumed that was just for revenue and commission and not sure it true or not.
I'm interested to know if anyone has real, reliable info from Sage. "
I would like to know in the Payroll module, will ALL the standard items listed in the Reports Menu work? How about previously working Custom reports? Can a user create new Crystal Reports against the Payroll History files? Does Employee Maintenance work so easy lookup of a deduction code or QTD and YTD amounts? Can you change the Employee Address in Employee Maintenance so your Custom Crystal Reports have up-to-date information?
Specifically, What does "READ ONLY" mean?

Payroll subscriptions, read only after subscription ends? - That question wasn't address specifically, but we can add to the list I'm sending.
@Michael McDonald
*edit* - it's general, right? What happens to Sage 100c after subscription ends? Ready-only? I did leave out the workaround of installing an old version :)

I thought the round table had some excellent "quick wins" and at least one feature enhancement, particularly the lot/serial number tracing. However, they didn't answer my question during the seminar. They demonstrated that an item lot/serial number can be traced to specific sales order. Can the item be traced back to a specific purchase order? If, for example, sugar that was purchased was determined to be contaminated, what was the PO# and lot# of the purchase? The vendor needs to be notified so that other companies that were sold the same lot# of sugar can be contacted so they can recall from their customers too.
