Upcoming Board Meeting - Attached are YTD financials as of last night. Some of the differences are due to timing - Summit was in May this year, others are due to having an ED on board and the other is due to changes in the revenue/expenditure mix of MOTM earlier this year. LMK if you have any questions. I may NOT make the meeting on Thursday. Planning to drive to Indiana as my mom fell again and fractured her other hip. Will keep you posted.

Here are is the Tax Return for board review. Very similar to last year's return. Needs to be made part of the board minutes that it was reviewed and discussed by the board. Again, I may not be able to attend the meeting. Enroute to Indianapolis tomorrow.
