  • 1.  Up through v2016 you could enter a negative quanti

    Up through v2016 you could enter a negative quantity on a sales order line item (I know, but I have a client that uses this). Entering a negative quantity no longer works in v2017. Does anyone know if this went away or did Sage change the way to make it allowable?

    I can still do it - maybe Role Maintenance?

    I can enter a negative quantity in 2018. Both for orders and invoices.

    D'oh. Thanks everyone. False alarm. User error. My system had an advanced customization of the quantity field to not allow a negative number. I must have set it up for a demo.
