  • 1.  Unlocking key expiration when versions change

    When a client requests unlocking keys for a different version of 100c than they are currently using (they want to change from Advanced to Premium) does anyone know how long the Advanced keys are supposed to keep working after the Premium keys have been issued?  We have done several migrations and not had an issue after several months elapsed but I'm curious if Sage has a policy on this or not .  Any feedback would be appreciated.

    the keys go into effect immediately
