Redirected printers are a problem with Paperless if you have Sage installed locally too. For users it should be fine, as long as their printer has an appropriate driver installed on the server.
We had one issue with Citrix having to do with user temp files being redirected, but it was fixed by customer IT so I have no insights there. The paperless lockfile type error is almost certainly registry permissions (reset by Windows Updates occasionally).

Got you. We are on the same page. It is not solving the issue. Client indicates it is intermittent but honestly, I could not get it to process at all. I did see one listing that was a redirected printer. I know that can cause issues as well.
