Sage 100 / Paya user has a $199.95 withdrawal every month on their bank statement.  The transaction description is "CARD PROCESSING S CRDPROC SYS".  Is this a charge from Paya?  If not, does anyone know what this charge is?

$199.95 taken out of my customers bank account every month.  Paya says it isn't them. The customer's bank says the amount is being withdrawn by 1st National Bank of Omaha on behalf of Authorize.Net.  My customer called Authorize.Net and they said it is tied to Processing.Net with a possible gateway to Paya.

Very confusing to me.  I am not sure what the term "gateway" implies.

Sounds like a call to @Miah Green or @Tom Nanci is in order.  They are all things Paya!

Authorize.Net is a United States-based payment gateway service provider, allowing merchants to accept credit card and electronic check payments through their website and over an Internet Protocol (IP) connection. Founded in 1996, Authorize.Net is now a subsidiary of Visa Inc. Its service permits customers to enter credit card and shipping information directly onto a web page, in contrast to some alternatives that require the customer to sign up for a payment service before performing a transaction.

Is your customer accepting payments on their website or through some other means external to Sage?

Thanks @Wayne Schulz and @Jeff Schwenk  Apparently they only have Paya / Sage 100 credit card processing and no web site or other method of accepting credit cards or electronic checks.  I am going to contact Tom Nanci and get his opinion.
