We have a customer looking at Doc-Link and are apparently not pleased so far (...so much effort invested...).
The latest issue is decimal precision. If they get an invoice with a unit price of 1.105, Doc-Link rounds to 1.10 and the resulting extension amount / invoice total will be wrong when pushed into Sage. Can anyone else confirm if this is a limitation of Doc-Link? Any suggestions on how to deal with it?
Altec says they want a few $k to even "look" at adding the feature to the system / integration. Needless to say, our customer doesn't like the idea of paying for a maybe (especially for something that should be a standard feature).
