  • 1.  Uninstalling 3rd party Enhancements

    Upgraded sage 100 standard from v2016 to v2019. Besides the fact that system is extremely slow... installed application listing still shows v4.5 High Tower POS enhacement. In knowledgebase it shows a link from SWK to properly uninstall. The link doesnt work. Does anyone have the correct instructions to get that 3rd party out.

    How'd you make out with this, @Lourdes Sobrino?  I'm currently working on removing TimeKeeper from v2014, for an Upgrade to v2021.  I found the attached but haven't had a chance yet.  I also found this info.  Specifically I'm not sure what if anything needs to specifically be done with the HT L/M Extensions.​

    I contacted SWK and Peggy Beaver called back and provided the files I should look into and delete any records that made reference to H/T or Developer Code 058.
    Good luck....PS they charged for the call!!!!!

    Thanks, @Lourdes Sobrino!!  Do you recall if you had to specifically do anything re: HT L/M Extensions?​  It appears uninstalling that prevents me from getting back into Sage 100 ("unable to create session object" error).​

    Hi @Brett Zimmerman Everytime (albeit not many!) that I've uninstalled an enhancement, I've had to reinstall Sage 100 (with updates and other enhancements).​
