  • 1.  Unable to Update Sales Journal - Authorization is Required

    For customer on 3.61 (yes 3.61) in S/O for a particular batch / invoice, when printing Sales Journal the old Unable to Update error appears followed by "one or more invoices could not be updated .. see the error log". You can see Sales Journal Error Log shows "Authorization is Required for Invoice". But the Payment Type is set for Check on this invoice. They do have Credit Card payment types but this invoice is not using it and it's the only invoice in the batch. Anyone seen this before where the error is appearing erroneously? I'm having them rebuild SO Sort Files for now.

    Did you have them jiggle it by changing the payment type to something else, then back to whatever it is?
