  • 1.  Unable to remove module data in company maintenance

    I'm upgrading a client from 2016 Advanced to 2020 Advanced. The client will no longer be using some of the modules in 2020. I need to remove data from companies and then uninstall the modules. When I click on the remove button and try to click on the module to be removed, nothing happens. The check mark won't appear. I've tried to click on the select all button in the hope of deselecting the modules that are to remain. That doesn't work either.

    Has anyone come across this situation before and been able to resolve it?

    Are you logged into the company where you're trying to remove data from?  You need to be in a different company.

    No, I'm in another company, not the one I'm actually logged into. I even tried it in multiple companies and it's the same in each one.
