    Scanco Multi-Bin / Purchase Order>Main>Receive Container in Whse - What setup option needs to be enabled for this feature to work?  Below is a screen shot of the message:

    Does that require an add-on?  On the Water?  Pallet Tracking?

    It might.  This customer does have on the water and pallet tracking.  I'm going to gave them open a support ticket with Scanco.

    Check Library Master-Setup - Scanco Product Management that On the water and pallets are activated. And in IM-Setup Scanco MB Management Options - main tab that they are both enabled.

    @Lisa Dion  Your comment "On the water and pallets are activated"... Is "pallets" the same as license plating?  if so then both of those features have been activated.

    Then also check Inventory-Setup-Scanco Multi-bin Warehouse Mgmt Options and enable if not already checked.

    Thanks for your help @Lisa Dion  I am sure the options are the issue.  They aren't actually live yet the IT guy keeps enabling and disabling the multi-bin options.
