We suggest a workstation setup / repair, which usually works (after the registry permission hack).
(Send this to a technically skilled person only… registry edits can be risky if done incorrectly).
This is a Paperless Office error, sometimes caused by insufficient permissions on a new workstation or permissions being reset with a Windows update.
The user needs full control over the following registry key.
Remove anything from within the Jobs and Locks sections under the Sage PDF Converter.
If the Sage PDF Converter entry is not there, the Sage 100 workstation installer should be run again (after setting the permission for the HKCC\Software\ key), using the repair option (then open Sage 100 "as admin" and verify the key was created).

I have this happening on my clients 2019 test upgrade too. I connected to workstation and couldn't find the Jobs & Locks folders in the Registry. I tried to remove the OneNote Printer and the printing worked, but customer just emailed, 'It's baaaaack!!'
