  • 1.  Unable to print SO_SalesOrder2.RPT. A generic error occurred GDI+

    Sage 100 2017 multiple users sometimes getting "Unable to print SO_SalesOrder2.RPT. A generic error occurred GDI+".  Sage has KB about Paperless and about bar codes - this is being printed to a physical printer and there are no bar codes involved.

    Any ideas?

    Came across this yesterday, too.  It is related to the Windows updates that affected the printers.  You can find that conversation here.

    There is a KB for: Unable to print SO_SalesOrder1.RPT.   "1" not "2"
    Solution ID: 35169
    Reinstall Workstation is their solution.
