  • 1.  Unable to Open an Explore Window in Inventory Management for the "Item Quantities by Warehouse" View.

    Sage 100 Standard version 2022.  Two users are unable to open an Explore Window in Inventory Management for the "Item Quantities by Warehouse" View.  Other Explore menu options work and all other users are able to open the "Item Quantities by Warehouse" View. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I always start by renaming the registry entry Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sage Software\BIE Explorer

    Thanks @Beth Bowers  I just saw this.  Somehow missed it yesterday (crazy day).  I uninstalled workstation setup before I was your post and that solved it... so effectively re-created the registry entries.
