  • 1.  Unable to login to either Sage City or SageU this morning

    Getting an "Internal server error", which may be related to living in the Northeastern US, because the error shows "Boston Cloudfare".

    I have reported it to both communityhub@sage.com and sageuniversity@sage.com (which apparently is no longer monitored).

    Per an automatically generated response from SageU, I then filled out a form at contact form - Sage University, from which I received an immediate reply with a case number.

    Yes, I just received this from our internal IT

    Cloudflare outage

    Seems to be a major Cloudflare outage this morning. If you try to get to a website and it says please unblock challenges.cloudflare.com to proceed that's one that's affected. A notable site that is affected is ChatGPT, but had a client with two other important-for-work sites get hit with the same.

    Three major outages the last few months are concerning to me

    Yep.  Just received a call from a Sage Partner Cloud customer that's getting the error trying to access the SPC web site.  I am getting the same error when I try.  So my customers that use SPC can;t access Sage 100.   So there is some value in on prem.

    Received a message from Hannah Richardson at SageU about an hour ago saying the problem has been resolved. I tested and both SageU and Sage City (Sage Community Hub) are back up and running. Not sure if the entire Cloudfare outage is resolved, but I was able to login to both of those sites.
