At the worse possible moment I am unable to log on to the Sage Partner Cloud virtual machine (of course).  I am supposed to go live this morning with a new Sage 100 customer and i have about one hour of changes to make before i am done.  Now I can get into the system  Oh the benefits of "cloud"!  Has anyone seen this message before?

I can log in now. @Jim Woodhead fixed it for me.  Thanks Jim!

Jim re-started the server.  He also mentioned I didn't upgrade correctly and I am not sure what that means.  I sent him an email asking for clarification.  @Jim Woodhead  please reply regrading what you did to fix the issue.

I had an upgrade on my mind; It wasn't an upgrade issue. The server just needed to be restarted. Once in a while, the server will lose connection to the  Sage gateway, and rebooting resets the connection.   As a side note, a user can use browser mode to bypass the gateway and access the computer.
