    Hi All,  I have a client that needs a UDT for validation with 372 items for the list.  It appears UDT's have a limit of 200 rows or at least that's the most I can get the UDT to accept.  Sage has a KB 34798 talks about CM Limits but not much mention of UDT's and it talks about "bytes" not hard limits on # rows.  Does anyone know ​if there is a 200 row limit for UDT's?

    No there is no row limit. I have several UDTs out there with thousands of rows, and 10s of thousands in a few cases. I know when you choose "Maintain UDT Data" from UDF Maintenance you can only see 100 rows at a time. Maybe your customer is confusing the issue with that ???

    The UDT will not allow me to key or import beyond the 200th entry in table.  That seems like a round number so thought it may be a limit.  It's not the issue with seeing only the 1st 100, there is an icon to click that displays all the rows and it stops at 200.

    The UDT UI only displays 100 records at a time.  Are you using the down arrow in the right column to display the additional rows?

    Thanks Doug and Alnoor, everyone It was just the expand Icon.  I thought you only had to click once to expand the rest beyond 100, I just needed to keep clicking it until I could see them all.  Thanks for the input.

    I did encounter a UDT once where it would only display 99 records even though there were thousands in the UDT and it would nott let you click the expand row limit button. 
    Ended up being a bad (blank key) record at the very beginning, deleted it and it started working as expected again.
