UDFs to Bill Production Labels. I have added 2 UDFs to Production Header, then Production Label File and Production Label Work File. The UDFS are not appearing to flow through to the labels. Am I missing a file in the flow from Production to Labels? TIA!

Is the UDF a filter option in the Production label print screen?

Yes. But if I put the UDFs on the label, they are blank/zero.

I hav this set up on a client with MAS90 4.5 PU2 and it works. You have the UDF on the proper files, there isn't one of those oddball posting files or anything- it should print. What version of MAS?

4.4.8 - I'll have to try it on my 4.5

Hm. I can't get it to work on my 4.5.3, either. My UDF, which should have a value of 10, shows 0.

I am having a similar problem with the invoice payment selection register and a blank udf . Ended up using a sub-report. I am on version 4.40.0.4

Are they blank when you look at them via DFDM?

They were. I just added the UDF to the Production Register Work file and the Production HIstory Header and now it's working. Don't know which one is making it work, but it is now.

Note - I did not change the UDFs that were already out there, i.e. they were still linked from the same place they were before. So something is not quite right, but it's one of those times I""m just grateful it's working. Wait - there are far too many of those times...

Another note - I can only get it to work on 4.5, not 4.4

Sometimes the same happens to me. It usually starts working when I delete the UDF and start from the beginning on the table not behaving. It behaves like the UDF wasn't updated properly.......

Follow up - it is working successfully on client's 4.5.3.
