  • 1.  UDF Data Not Showing on AR Invoice History Tab

    I added a UDF that is a drop down on the SO Order Entry Screen and carried it thru to AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader.  The data is in DFDM in AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader.  I added the UDF to the AR_InvoiceHistoryInquiry when accessing via AR | Customer Maintenance | Invoices - select an invoice to view the header and details of it.  The data is not populating.  The data is in DFDM.  I ran the custom office utilities.  Any ideas as to why the data is not showing?  Please see attached.

    1. You've added it to SO_InvoiceHeader, correct?  

          2. From there, it needs to go to AR_TransactionPosting, then to AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader.

    Yes, I added the UDF to all of those tables and the posted data shows in DFDM.

    I've had issues with UDF's not updating fully, especially when using the new feature to save changes for updating later. 

    Try to edit the UDF description, and run the Update again.  (I am pretty sure you need to change something for the Update to work and description is the easy option).
