  • 1.  Two sets of Sage Intell Report Designer?

    Just need to verify this can be done:

    Consolidated Report Designer sub-reports set (Actual, Main, Accounts, Fiscal Year...) can they be copied, renamed and the renamed version modified? 

    I'm trying to create two sets since the company consolidation list <g class="gr_ gr_390 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="390" data-gr-id="390">need</g> to be different between versions.

    Took me a long time to figure out this concept, but I will Export the Consolidate Report Designer, import to a new folder with unique name and then change the companies that are to be consolidated.  So I may have 4-5 or more folders with Consolidate Report Designer templates in them, 1 might have 2 companies, 1 might have 5 companies, whatever my needs are so I'm only grabbing the data for the companies I need.

    Do you change the consolidated report designer sub report names too or just the folder name?​​

    I just do the folder name and rely on the report ID# to find it if needed.  I'm not a fan of renaming the subreports or template something other than the name of the report, but seeing it more and more as I take on new customers with report by other consultants.​
