I spoke with Ed Kless after our Board meeting today and covered the questions/suggested modifications from the board for option 3.
Ed is happy to provide a 'live' preconference when a face-to-face MOTM happens provided it is within 15 months of contract start date. If the contract commended October 2020 we'd have up to January 2022 to excersise this option. (He seemed willing to work with us, within reason, should something arise or change that would impact our ability to schedule the event).
He also offered to include a 1 hour program during a virtual event if we hold that event, within the 15 months of contract start date. This would be in addition to the face to face event, for a one-time exception.
He will honor the pricing for a 15 month engagement.
Payment would be due monthly via ACH.
Recap of the Options as presented at today's meeting, does not include modifications listed above:Option 1 – Bonus Show Sponsor - $550 per month a) You will get a link for all your members to use and have full access to both our commercial-free The Soul of Enterprise episodes AND our bonus episodes (both published once per week.
b) We will read out that you are a Bonus show corporate sponsor on the regular show published with VoiceAmerica.
c) You will get a graphic and link to 90 Minds on both our web site AND each newsletter that goes out (Over 2000 people) twice a week.
Option 2 – Virtual Content and Office Hours - $800 per month a) Everything in Option 1
b) Once a quarter, we will schedule a one hour webcast with your members and share content. We will mutually decide on the content 30 days ahead of time to give you a chance to market it.
c)On the months when we do not have a webcast, Ron and I will make ourselves available to any of your members for office hours. We will schedule these 30 days in advance as well.
Option 3 – All In - $1,000 per montha)Everything in Options 1 & 2
b)Ron and Ed will deliver a four-hour pre-conference workshop at the next live 90 Minds event. Travel included.
