Sage 100

Trying to update Sage 100 from version 2015 to 2017 with SWK's Timekeeper. After running the parallel conversion, I go to company maintenance, click on convert button and get ""The object SY_CompanyConversion_UI could not be initialized"". Any ideas? Thanks.

I would suggest calling Peggy Beaver at SWK. She knows TK and TB inside and out.

Generally speaking, after a system migration, I always re-install any enhancements before doing anything with data.

have you checked pathing and permissions (windows and sage)?

Thanks all. This is on a Windows 2016 server and am trying to figure out if it is related to that or a Sage issue or a SWK issue. I have worked with Peggy a bunch in the past and agree with Chris. I look forward to hearing from Peggy.

We use TK too and I recall alot of do this, reinstall TK, do that, reinstall TK. But what @DavidSpeckII said.
