  • 1.  Trying to Reprint 2024 941s and 940 forms. Sage 100 STD v2025 PR 2.25.2

    I have a client that wants to reprint their 2024 940 Form and 941 forms for Quarter 2 and Quater 3. They have 7-year retention in Payroll History options. After we select "Existing Reports" in Federal and State Tax Reporting, we see all the prior year's forms. We select one form for 2024 and click on the View/Print button. We get a message that says "Company Information Incomplete" see attached image. Anyone know how to complete the missing information so we can print the report?

    Please cancel this thread. I was able to get it working by remoting into the client's server. The configuration that I was using in my test company in my computer lab was not set up correctly. THANK YOU!  .
