    Trying to print to Paperless Office while updating teh Daily Sales Reports/Updates in Sales Order and I receive ""Unable to initialize PDF Converter. This is an Applianz box and the error doesn't happen on the server but rather just one workstation.

    I tried several things and finally found this article on Sage City: https://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities/sage100_erp/f/98/t/76995 The trick was the remove and reinstall: Remove and Reinstall the Sage PDF Converter using PL_AdvancedOptions_UI (Article D). Once this is done, process the steps in the first section again (Port/Security)

    kB 49849 may help. Also see if the workstation printers are being redirected to the appliances server.
