Trying to print the ACA forms at a client and after we go through the first few screens in Aatrix we get an ""importing database"" dialog box and it never finishes. This happens just before the Aatrix screens come up where you complete the ""red boxes"". I have tried renaming the eFilingReporting folder. Any ideas?

John, I'm not sure how long you gave it, but I will tell you that this part of the process has taken a few hours for two of my customers. In fact, that dialogue box eventually says ""not responding"", just to make things exciting. It did finally move on to the grid.

My client let it go over night - only 150 employees - I think there is a problem. @JohnLeonard did yours finish?

Actually, the issue I had with mine is there were no payroll checks cut. They own the payroll module and want to use it for the 1094/1095 forms, but now use Paychex / ADP for their payroll processing. Once we created a ""check"" record everything loaded fine.

Ok - I am in the same boat - I think that is my solution also.
