Trying to print Deferred print jobs created by Scanco and WOScan. We keep getting the ODBC prompt to login. We do not get that when previewing. ??????? Anyone? Anyone?

Is the ODBC Source different on this computer than where they were deferred from? (Ie: one using UNC and the other a mapped drive?)

Not sure I can answer that. I'm assuming that because the WOSync and Scanco sync are running on the server, and, among other locations, we are attempting to print from the server, they would all be the same. And REALLY wondering why Deferred Print cares - Deferred has been around since the DOS days where there was no ODBC.

Deferred still uses Crystal though, and that would require ODBC. I wonder if it has something to do with paperless since you can do it from preview? Are customer forms turned on? Maybe try turning that off and see if it works? Grasping at straws here :)

I don't think Deferred uses Crystal - I'm not talking Paperless here at all, strictly Deferred Printing. The one that saves the files in a really weird format that can be read by nothing except Sage.

So - the issue is subreports. If your print job has subreports in it, you get this error.
