What are you trying to delete? The ALE or the work orders?

I need to delete the custom lookup. Every time the client tries to look at history the get an error (ARN not found). Lookup is trying to find a file no longer in play. So I need to delete it and recreate.

Is the look up a global one or a user? Users can be deleted by the user in the ale, global are under Library Master | Main | User Lookup Wizard. But good luck finding the correct one EASILY there.

A trick Alnoor passed along when trying to determine which panel in the User Lookup Wizard to pick from is to pull up the ALE, click on the custom button. The customization wizard displays the lookup panel name. This very helpful when doing a global setting (not allways perfect though). When creating a new global setting, it will delete any user settings. It is best that all global ALE be configured before the users start. I like to change many so that the default is name contains or description contains so that the users think these are the natural defaults. I have asked many times for a short cut key combination a la custom office panels that would pull the exact panel (thus avoiding the guess work), but all to no avail. Hope the User Lookup works for you. Still in Kal?
