Trying to log onto client's system and am running into this error. When I click OK, I am denied entry. I am thinking it is a setting on my WIN 7 Pro 64OS laptop. Of course, the client's IT person is useless and the client is useless and is expecting me to resolve the situation since ""they"" have no issues longing in. Thoughts?

RDP connection, advanced tab, what does it say for ""If server authentication fails""? If it is not ""Connect and don't warn me"" change it to that.

Technically, I don't believe this is an RDP per se. I hit the clients mail.client.com website, then launch everything from there. The certificate is jamming me at the beginning ""We recommend that you close this webpage and do not continue to this website. "" but I respond to connect. Then I hit the site where I click another button to launch the RDP site which then connects me to the server..... I don't see anyplace to change settings.

Ok what you need to do is add that certificate authority? As a trusted one on your laptop. Search help for add trusted certificate for the procedure
