Trying to install PU 3 on my local MAS 200 4.40.2 system, but get the message ""Error Number: 0x80020009 Description: Failed to load the PrivideX library"" after selecting the destination folder. Running from the same machine that it was installed on to a local drive as administrator. Anyone see this? Nothing in the knowledgebase or community.

Don't recall having seen this but I would try the good ol' double-click on the pvxcom.exe trick.

Since pvxcom.exe doesn't exist any more in 4.3 or 4.4, I tried copying it rom 4.2 into the same folder (home) of 4.4 and ran it. No change though. Thanks for trying.

I believe it still exists and is located on the local machine in the ..\common files\sage\common components folder. Maybe that is a hold over from prior versions.

The solution was.....@JimWoodhead to remove DSD's Mirror.

Actually you probably just need to deactivate it on the SQL mirror setup. That puts back the standard PVXwin32.exe and pvxwin32.dll programs. Once PU3 is installed you can reactivate it..

@jimWoodhead Tried that. Sage support had me temporarily replace the MAS90\Home folder with a vanilla one which worked.
