Trying to install customizations for a client and get an error that TuuPkg.dll is required by the Customizer Import Wizard cannot be accessed. My account to the kbase is locked by Sage today. Don't know why and don't have to fight them at the moment. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue so I can load the customizations? Thanks all,

And what if the tuupkg.dll file is not located in the common components directory? We are running on a terminal server.

What version Sage? Is there a common component on the server?

Yes there is. There are 22 objects in the folder on the workstation and 28 on the server. TuuPkg.dll was one of the missing files. Copied the file, registered it, and all is well. You da MAN!
