Trying to figure out who processed a credit card on an order (v5.2). The CC Settlement report doesn't show anything, and the SPS Terminal shows user ""Unknown"". Any great insight on if and where that user key info might be found?

Maybe check the SO Payment file via DFDM.

Who created the SO, who last touched it? Doesn't answer the question, but it may narrow the list of suspects.

Good thought, @JeffSchwenk. Maybe the ""last updated by"" [user] will be the answer.

Looks like the ""Last Updated"" was the person who invoiced it, which is likely not the person who charged it (Different Departments). So strange! You would think that would be important information to someone and available.

SO_SalesOrderHistoryPayment? AR_TransactionPaymentHistory? AR_InvoiceHistoryPayment?

@MichelleForsey, I had suggested taking a look at the SO_SalesOrderPayment file, and it does appear to contain user information (as does the SO_InvoicePayment file), and @KevinMoyes' suggestion could prove useful as well.
