Trying to convert data files after updating 2014 PU3 to PU6. I'm getting an Error 88. Has anyone seen this and know what to do about it?

Is there anything more in any of the logs ?

Unfortunately, the same information is in the log file, but nothing more that is helpful. The mods on the system have nothing to do with payroll. Even so, Sage support suggested reinstalling the third-party software.

It looks like it's erroring converting the P/R Employee Self Service (Paperless) log as opposed to a mod. Do they have Payroll?

@AlnoorCassim Yes they do. They have P/L set up and they use it, but I don't think that they use it with PR. Got any ideas?

Update: The master developer removed the payroll record from SY_Module and was able to get data conversion to run on the rest of the system. So, the customer is up EXCEPT for payroll. The MD suggested that I reinstall payroll, but the installer thinks that payroll is already installed. If I choose Reinstall from the menu, I will then need to reinstall the product update, which may put me back to the original problem. I don't know what to do. Help! Anybody?

I was going to say before your Update that if they are not using Paperless for P/R Employee Self Service then backup PR_EmployeePDFLog.m4t in PRxxx folders then manually reinitialize it as now the PU should not have a problem converting it.
