Is this for a Std or Advance Sage 2017? I couldn't tell.
Have you tested the connection under ODBCCad32?
( ODBCCad32.exe, highlight the SOTAMAS90, & click Configure. Go to the Debug tab and click Test Connection. You should be prompted with Sage logins and then get a message that Connection succeeded). If that does work, set up a new SOTAMAS90 connection under System DSN instead of user with a unique name and see if you can connect in Excel via the system dsn.
