Sage 100

Trying to bring a 4.5 Sage 100 Advanced integrated with @SageCRM v7.1.h to v2013 w/pu 4 (no upgrade to CRM) but we are getting the following errors. Found the KB article below which says to verify CRM was installed from the 2013 download site. Well, it wasn't since we installed it from the 4.5 download site originally. In any event, we're thinking this is a conflict in what version is recorded as installed in some file - Sage 100 has a DSD enhancement and I know that can sometimes write different version info to various files. Anyone have any similar experience? @JimWoodhead any insights as to where you write your installed enhancement version(s)?

No worries - Early morn for me..... Unfortunately, I have no suggestions.

Trying to remember, I have seen this but it was a long time ago- 4.3 or 4.4 EES, I think. Is the port number for the integration engine the same in 4.5 as it is with 2013? Wish I could be more help! I have had to rename a file or folder under the Links folder for an add-on in the past, but I'm not sure if CRM puts anything there.

Answer is that CRM truly does need to be installed from the 2013 download site due to the new multi-company feature. I guess it's documented somewhere.

When integrating CRM to MAS do not install the CRM Demo data. First and foremost. I think I have dealt with every possible error and issue in this release level for MAS-CRM integration but will need to refresh my memory and go through notes. I don't believe the message refers to the installation but rather the mapping, linking or something along that lines on the integration piece. I'll make a quick check.
