    Trying to access My Customers in Sage Portal, I get an error that Service cannot be reached"". Haven't see this before. Suggestions? Using Chrome. See attachment for details.

    I see this quite a bit - usually changing to another computer allows me to login. Sometimes using Google Chrome incognito mode works.
