Customer brought hosted servers back in house and we upgraded them to v2019 Premium. The user that uses Comerica Banking has Trusteer/Rapport web security(?) provided/required by bank. It's causing problems with Sage Reports showing a Vendor Database Code 17 and also with Sage Intelligence showing a SQL Server cannot be reached. She is the only one having issues.
IT uninstalled the Trusteer/Rapport/Comerica software and all worked fine. Installed it and Sage blew up. They feel they must not be the only ones using this combination. So reaching out to the group here to see if anyone has run into banking software causing problems with Sage and if you knew of any work around.
