Notice: TrueCommerce Issue Resolved
At approximately 1:30 p.m. EST today, TrueCommerce's hosting provider experienced an unanticipated outage that impacted access to the TrueCommerce platform including, but not limited to, TrueCommerce Foundry, Pack & Ship, Product Manager and Transaction Manager. As of 6:15 p.m. EST on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, access to all TrueCommerce platforms have been restored. The TrueCommerce trading network was also restored and transactions are being processed as expected.
