Is anyone familiar with this issue? I would think that if you turn off Duplicate Customer PO Number options in SO Options it would allow TrueCommerce to import an order with the same PO number?
Per end user - transaction manager will only allow a PO to be exported once. There are times were an order comes in, they invoice and post, but for whatever reason it's wrong and needs to be credited, re-created and invoiced again. The 2nd order gets manually entered because TM doesn't allow exporting of the same PO to the same customer, no matter what.
