True Commerce EDI - new user is trying to get started with the 944 (receipt of goods) routine and all of the receipt of goods are populating the quantity received but not the quantity ordered. True Commerce swears it works in their system so it must be on the client side. For the life of me I can't find anything. The ROG works normally if I do it manually. Has anyone else come across anything like this before I take the drama to True Commerce? Sage 100 4.5 Advanced. Thanks!
