Today, we are pleased to announce that TrueCommerce has acquired B2BGateway, a leading global provider of managed cloud service solutions for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and API data connectivity to suppliers, retailers, and manufacturers. The company markets its products across multiple industries including retail, grocery, automotive, and medical products supply chains. With this acquisition, TrueCommerce further expands its global footprint and extends its growing leadership position in the market for trading partner connectivity and omnichannel enablement.
With the addition of B2BGateway, TrueCommerce will expand services and integrations to include Xero, Skubana, Exact and Mamut. Furthermore, the addition of B2BGateway broadens TrueCommerce's operations in Europe and extends its offering to Australia and New Zealand.
