Troubleshooting ALE Lookup issues:
I have multiple clients on 4.40 or 4.50 who have one or more standard lookup that returns zero records, usually associated with customer ship to codes.
The only knowledge I currently have is to replace the /SOA/SY1Q... files from a good backup, or a standard installation. This tends to wipe out any customized lookups in the process.
Does anyone have input on how to troubleshoot a faulty lookup and fix the individual lookup in the appropriate table, or is this global replacement of files the only solution?
If so, any developers out there think this would be a sellable utility to develop?
