    Tried in vain to contact Socialcast support about two factor authentication. Search in their KB and forum produce no results. Calling VMware support at 877.486.9273 wasted 25-30 minutes with a person who I don't think had ever heard of Socialcast eventually telling me that she couldn't help me because I didn't have an account. Worse than dealing with Sage about payroll keys... sample from the call: ""Can you spell your name for me please?"" p h i l (pause) m c i n t o s h ""And what is your last name?

    Don't you know that if anyone asks for your last name, the answer's always ""Bond""?

    Are we really looking for 2FA for SC? I'm not sure if making it more difficult for users to login is going to keep them contributing...

    I'm so sorry @PhilMcIntosh for the subpar support from VMware. Worse than Sage, that is really bad. @SteveIwanowski we are looking at 2FA to solve some other issues. 2FA is becoming more common and I don't see it having much of an impact on contributions. Many of the members login in once a day and leave SC open and running.

    What are the other issues that need to be resolved? We aren't putting up credit card information. I can't think of a single reason that we need 2FA? Please enlighten me on the issues.
