Please think some about these questions before we meet Thursday at 2 ET/11 PT.
- How do get 8-10 active members in the committee. How do we ensure it 50:50 S100:Intacct?
- Are we asking the right questions in our Member Profile section? This is an important part of helping members explore connections with other members. And making those connections is part of increasing their engagement with the group.
- How can we better identify the product focus for each member? Sure, we have S100- or Inacct-only firms, and we know mixed firms. But what about the individuals?
- How should we best increase engagement? Can we identify members who are way behind in engagement and effectively stimulate them? How might both happen?
- How can we better message about our group and its value? The "Better Together" theme of MOTM26 seemed to work well. How do we expand and deepen on that theme. Who are our several targets?
Please try musing on these questions in the next day and a half. These are key parts of Anne's growth plan that she'll discuss with the BOD at their retreat in a couple weeks. She hopes we can help move her thinking along.
