Too Funny! One of my semi deadbeat clients in Colorado let their business care plan lapse last month. Historically, they have always paid Sage directly. And since Sage charges me sales tax for Colorado, I am fine with them paying directly, Now the semi deadbeat client wants me to do some work for them so I have been bugging my client care rep to reach out to the new controller to explain the ""importance"" of staying on Sage support. Their plan ended in September. BLS - What is status of this account? They are asking me to do some work for them. My ability to do so is dependent on them being current is their business care plan.. TJ - I called and it the phone call dropped. Not return call. BLS - Huh? (303) XXX-XXXX is their main number. Works for me. So and So is their new controller. TJ - I understand. That is the number I called. They either hung up on me or the call disconnected when they went to go get Mr. So and So.. BLS - ""So you quit trying to get through""? TJ - ""No not at all, I just have other priorities at this point and time."" BLS - ""Priorities other than getting people to renew""? My goodness, what are these people paid to do? Does it mean since I collect the vast majority of my clients, that they don't need to jump in on occasion.
