Sage 100

Too funny. Long term client calls about a using not being able to print in MAS 200. Gives me the impression that it recently stoppd working. Only print option is the deferred printer. After numerous back and forths, it appears user has NEVER been able to print, just now getting around to asking why. Left it that the user has never had access to the MAS folders so that they could print............

The reverting back to Deferred if the Default Printer is unavailable is pretty annoying. Security rights is a whole 'nother issue.

Same thought as Robert - had customer where the default printer was not on one computer and it caused this deferred behavior. If printers are not the achilles heel of Sage 100 -- then I don't know what is. Maybe Paperless Office emailing or faxing.
