Today's Payroll Conference Call is really just ""marketing"" for the new payroll service... And the pricing they provided in screen shots is ""just a sample"", and each client will be priced individually.

I sat through the entire thing. it was all pushing to move clients to Sage Payroll Services. I loved the question from Jim asking if they increased staff for the additional support calls and the answer was that their sales team has been expanded and pumped up to handle the extra volume of sales calls. But the support side is just business as usual.

I just received my list of ""unsubscribed"" PR customers - there were 58 of them. I know this isn't right, so I called, and she said...that's the list they gave me. I had her check 2 of them and sure enough, they were current. She then asked me to go thru all of them with her, which I politely declined. I told her to send me a correct list after she reviews them and then we can talk. Unbelievable how messed up they are!

*Certainly, I'd be glad to assist you in reviewing and correcting the list. I will just need your credit card number to bill for my time.
