Committee Membership

A reminder that our meeting today is at 2pm EDT/11am PDT.

I'll finish Agenda soon (sorry for the delay), but much of it involves elements of the attached Membership Committee Charter. The BOD produced this as part of its recent retreat. It's pretty good. 

So, please try to review this and think about it. I know it's short notice, but a little attention by you is better than none.

The Charter states that we must execute a Membership Survey within 30 days of MOTM. All of this is new, so our current deadline for its distribution is June 2. (around the corner!). That way we can have results before the 6/25 Town Hall.

We will create a subcommittee of 3 members to collaborate on the details. To introduce this, attached is 2 short samples to tickle your brainwaves..

The goal of today's meeting is to agree on

• the actions we committee members will take to complete some immediate tasks and
• our approach to several larger tasks in the coming months.

Agenda:

1. Intro and brief review of relevant actions by BOD. (10 min) Jerry & Anne 
2. Exploration & Discussion of Committee Charter. (15 min) Jerry leads group comments. 
3. Membership Survey (15 min) - Jerry
   • Clarify uses and deadlines
   • Setup subcommittee
   • Feedback on the two tickler documents  
4. Introduce our upcoming Onboarding Process task (5 min) - Anne
5. Introduce our upcoming Membership Benefits listing/development/promotion (5 min) - Jerry 
6. Collect thoughts on new Communications Committee (5 min) - Jerry

Here are some questions to consider.  They may already be on the lists you are working from. 

• How would you rate your overall experience with the 90Minds community on a scale from 1 to 10?  Please explain your rating.
• What aspects of the 90Minds community do you find most valuable?

• How easy is it to navigate the 90Minds website?  Are there any specific features or sections you find particularly useful or challenging?
• How satisfied are you with the quality and relevance of the content available on the website?

• How often do you interact with other members in the community forums or discussion groups? What do you find most beneficial about these interactions?
• Have you received valuable support or collaboration from other community members?  Can you share an example?

• Are the topics covered in the webinars relevant to your professional needs?  What topics would you like to see more of?
• How do you feel about the format and delivery of the webinars?  Are there any improvements you would suggest?

• Have you participated in any training programs offered by 90Minds?  How effective did you find them in enhancing your skills?
• What additional training or resources would you like the community to offer?

• What changes or improvements would you suggest for the 90Minds community to increase its value to you?
• Are there any new initiatives or features you would like to see introduced in the community?

• Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience with the 90Minds community?
