    Both John Hoyt and Jerry Norman have accepted the challenge to be a BOD member. We need to add them to the admin group, perhaps send them minutes to the last meeting and copies of the existing By-Laws and a copy of the new proposed ones. All ahead full!

    Is it a one or three year term? The minutes mention one-year terms, but the reference to the existing bylaws states three years.

    One of the things on the agenda is to review our proposed new bylaws which addresses terms. :smile:
