Sage CRM

To any that are interested, I've started a new blog - www.crmagogo.com - designed to introduce CRM to owners and departmental heads to the whys, whats and hows of successful CRM. A bunch of articles up there already with new ones posting every three days for the forseeable future. Stripped most of the content from my upcoming book called (conveniently enough) ""CRM a Go Go"". If you have a chance to read some / any of it, I would love feedback - even if it's to tell me to not quit my day job. I'm giving away a free Sage Summit 2011 Preview Edition of the book during Summit for any that are interested. Should be published / available via Amazon in early August if things go as intended.

Autographing included or is that extra $$

Is it as riveting as Baker's books? Or more in the style of George R R Martin?

@JohnShaver - I'm not sure how riveting it will be. All I know is that it took a damn bit more work than I anticipated. I'm delivering a Sage Summit 2011 - Exclusive Preview Edition (read: late stage draft with minor editing) as an electronic download during the show with a ""real"" book to be available on Amazon soon.
