  • 1.  TLS 1.2 Upgrade

    Would like to use you guys as a sounding board for customers that are lost with this TLS 1.2 upgrade requirement.  Some of them have no clue if they are on subscription or perpetual, so here is my explanation to them:
    "if you go to Library Master - System Configuration and see a Expiration Date, then the TLS 1.2 upgrade will affect your operation."

    And there is also a minimum requirement for year-end tax processing, which impacts both subscription and perpetual users who use eFile or Forms.

    You should be able to check if their license is subscription by looking at their product list on the Sage Portal.
    I think the dial-home-to-check-expiration-dates was added around v2015-2016... older than that "shouldn't" be affected by the TLS license server issue unless they tried to install the old version on a new server. 
    I'm curious if perpetual clients on v2015-2019... will be able to do a server move (without upgrade) after October next year.
